Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning for advanced analytics initiatives within Rehab and Home Health lines of business.
  • Identify and evaluate potential use cases for advanced analytics, focusing on areas such as patient outcomes, pricing, resource optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align analytics projects with organizational goals.
  • Prioritize AI/ML initiatives and work with vendors or internal teams to develop prototypes
  • Provide analytical support to key stakeholders, assisting in strategic decision-making processes, including location analytics for acquisitions and resource modeling.
  • Uncover operational insights through data mining to drive improved business outcomes.
  • Establish and implement a robust enterprise-wide data governance program.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Data & Analytics to define and enforce data governance practices.
  • Evaluate and source a data quality management solution, developing a business case for implementation
  • Customize reports and in-platform dashboards to distill complex data into actionable insights for management.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to business users, acting as subject matter expert
  • Support the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics in the scripting of ETL processes using Microsoft SQL to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading into the enterprise data warehouse.
  • Design and expand business intelligence dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
