WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A MANAGER TO JOIN OUR ADVISORY SERVICES DEPARTMENT IN MONTREAL TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE SUCCESS OF THE TEAM.

You will be immersed in a fast-paced environment with varied and complex challenges that will require innovative recommendations backed by a depth and breadth of expertise.
The Advisory team focuses on transaction advisory services, mergers & acquisitions, financial modeling, business valuations and general business advisory, and our clients typically consist of private corporations, investors, private equity firms and financial institutions.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional designation (CPA, CFA, CBV) is preferred.
• 3+ years of transactional services or restructuring experience in a service firm and 7+ years of total experience of accounting and/or finance experience in a consulting and/or corporate environment.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Professional report writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to cope with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.
