Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Aftersales Warranty manager is responsible the warranty operations management, as well as strategic development of warranty incl. warranty controlling and retailer warranty audit. In addition the manager is responsible of service measures and recall operations management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You shape the development of the warranty strategy for the European Sales Company smart Europe GmbH and create regional warranty policies for smart Europe Legal Entities
  • You are staying on top of current trends in the field of warranty and use your knowledge to identify problems and forthcoming issues for constantly improving process efficiency
  • You lead the development of a warranty audit strategy and prepare warranty audits based on analysis of warranty data and KPI results.
  • You manage our third party supplier for first level warranty support and ensure quality and continuous improvement
  • You implement benchmarking and analysis of market and competitor data to understand warranty trends
  • You ensure monthly reporting for EU markets based on the data collected (summarize, review, control and report the data).
  • You work closely together with smart engineering and quality team (HQ) for quality issues
  • You are leading an international team to tackle the most important trends in warranty to ensure customer service
  • You are part of an agile, cross-functional team
