Manager - Alcohol and Other Drugs
Responsibilities:
- Management of people and culture processes ensuring recruitment, credentialing, supervision models, retention, staff engagement, performance management and workforce planning are aligned with organisational policies and procedures;
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver assessment, counselling, care and recovery and withdrawal support for people experiencing Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) including Opioid Replacement Therapy (ORT) Pharmacotherapy;
- Work collaboratively within a consortia partnership Model of Care (MoC) to ensure seamless navigation of the service system for clients, families and carers;
- Clinical caseload to support service provision.
