Description:
Responsibilities:
- Team management and development: Leading and managing a team of experts; ensuring development project success.
- Technical leadership and innovation: Managing the development of the sensor technology, machine connectivity, graphical user interfaces, physical user interfaces (radios and pendants), signal processing and data handling algorithms (including AI for machine control applications), middleware, industrial wireless communication and machine vision. Managing technology platforms matching business needs on machine connectivity, Human-Machine-Interfaces, and proprietary sensor technologies.
- Operational excellence: Managing harmonized processes, quality, and continuous improvement, like utilizing AI in development.
- Strategic leadership and business engagement: Providing strategic direction, fostering an environment of collaboration with customers, Konecranes business representatives and other stakeholders
