Description:
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5-6 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably with experience in multiple HR functions and/or a generalist role.
- Good command of English, able to write reports and prepare presentations.
- Experience in designing and/or implementing HR policies and programs.
- Experience in a fast paced, complex, matrix environment.
- Ability to manage operational processes and be a strategic HR partner to the business at the same time.
- Customer service centric, good consultancy skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
Provide HR advisory support and services to meet business and operational needs; responsible for HR fundamentals including coaching managers to independently resolve HR-related matters, champion performance management as well as drive improvement and changes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Custodian of the performance management process for Corporate Functions and drives performance based culture through enhanced performance management processes
- Execute performance and rewards management process, timely in conducting performance review and submission of appraisals, KPI setting and bonus & salary increment allocations
- Lead organizational design exercises to meet business needs
- Manage recruitment process in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Handle employee matters including performance management, grievances and disciplinary process with the assistance from Industrial Relations Centre of Excellence (COE)
- Coordinate learning & development plan and needs required by the business
- Provide project management and HR support to the business in specific related project.
- Drive the talent management and succession planning processes
- Coordinate the talent mobility and secondments as and when needed
- Collaborate with Total Rewards on job evaluation and grading exercises
- Drive employee engagement survey process and action plans leading to a highly engaged and motivated organization
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager
