JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry. Pre-opening experience would be useful. This includes a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Displays a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
  • Able to handle matters independently, and able to exercise self-motivation to complete projects.

Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to join the pre-opening team for the Mandai Rainforest Resorts by Banyan Tree. Possessing a high degree of creativity and analytical skills, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence and further our growth trajectory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the Director of Sales and Marketing, the incumbent will formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers, drive traffic & bookings, and strengthen our brand awareness. In performing this role, the incumbent will develop strategies for SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing and online advertising.
  • The Digital Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager will help grow and strengthen the Resort’s brand awareness through various initiatives such as leveraging on social media channels, online advertisements and other promotional materials. This includes content creation, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • As part of growing our Brand presence, the incumbent will be responsible for measuring our digital marketing performance. The Digital Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager will also provide regular reports on such performances and importantly suggest strategic interventions and actionable insights.
  • The Digital Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager also needs to be up-to-date on online marketing trends and be aware of market trends in the travel industry.
