  • Back office system knowledge
  • Exchange clearing system and regulatory knowledge

  • Able to prepare slides and good presentation skill
  • Keen attention to detail with accountability mindset
  • Strong Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Analytical mind to identify area of recon break in equities post trade records
  • High sense of urgency and dedication to efficiency
  • Strong communication, good interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Problem solver and equipped with an analytical mind to diagnose issues and ability to think-of-box solutioning is paramount.
  • Team player, independent, resourceful and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a committed individual to join the equities operational team to support the daily reconciliation process and operational control reporting. The candidate needs to be attentive to details with data integrity mindset who thrives off learning new skills and challenging yourself in operational efficiency area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Perform the daily reconciliation process, resolved, and escalate recon breaks in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy and meticulous in daily processing of records and updates.
  • Provide administrative support, documentation, collateral management, and statistics collation.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders in supporting the daily operational activities and collaborate with various stakeholders for projects and business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements or automation and controls to achieve operational workflow and service efficiency.
  • To provide subject matter expertise on Listed Derivatives products, associated lifecycle events and front-to-backoffice processing; and regulatory reporting related
  • RCSA action plan monitoring and reporting
  • Exchange Clearing is performed in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
