• Education & Certification
• Completion of high school “O” Level
• Degree in any discipline is an advantageExperience
• Minimum 3 years in customer service roles
• Minimum 2 years in leadership role in Banquet Operations
• Experience in luxury hotel operation
• Food & Beverage operation experience
• International Experience is an advantageCompetencies
• Ability to lead by example with honesty and integrity
• Ability to exceed guest expectations
• Ability to lead a large & diverse team towards a common goal
• Ability to analyze and improve process and procedures
• Ability to interact and solve challenges with employees and guests
• Wine & Bar Knowledge
• Food Knowledge
• Proficient in written and verbal English
