Description:

Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Benefits and Compensation Manager to work at our downtown headquarters office. The Manager of Benefits & Compensation will manage and oversee benefits, retirement plans administration, and compensation programs while ensuring HR policies and procedures are in compliance. Additionally, generating/filing reports and analyzing data trends as necessary.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5-7 years HR Generalist experience including a minimum of 3 years administering compensation or benefits programs required.
  • SHRM Certification preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS and HR reports.
  • Administration and negotiation of employee benefit plans.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within Los Angeles County.
  • Reliable means of transportation for onsite and off-site work.
  • If using a personal vehicle to drive for work purposes, a valid CA driver license and current auto insurance in compliance with the minimum requirements of CA vehicle code are required.
