Description:
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- Oversee the analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Work with stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead efforts to collect, analyze, and interpret data relevant to business operations. Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for projects, processes, and systems. Ensure clear and comprehensive requirement specifications.
- Manage and coordinate business analysis activities for projects. Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans and schedules to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and analyses produced by the team.
- Oversee the creation of reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to senior management.
- Assist in developing change management strategies and plans to facilitate the implementation of process improvements or system changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business units, departments, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate closely to understand business needs and priorities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the business analysis team and across the organization. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Conduct risk assessments related to business processes and systems. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree - Business, Finance or related fields. Master’s degree will be an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, including the use of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI software).
- Project management experience, including knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify process improvements and business solutions.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and market trends is advantageous.
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis of which 3 years in a senior role , Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
