    As the new Manager Business and Systems, you will be responsible for all administrative matters within Flight Operations, including system and process management for people, governance and communications, and overseeing operations delivery, base support functions and people management.
    Acting as a key stakeholder in management, coordination and implementation of Flight Operations innovations that underpin the overall corporate strategy, you will collaborate with other business stakeholders around the planning and facilitation of Onboarding, facilitation of Pilot welfare processes, maintenance of systems for Flight Crew personnel records, and management and administration of the Pilot Leave program.

You’ll have –

  • Previous experience within Aviation or Flight Operations, and a strong administrative and analytical background
  • Tertiary qualification in Aviation Management or a Business-related degree highly desirable
  • Experience in or knowledge of operational workforce planning and complex operational management
  • Superior project management, financial, communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability and confidence to quickly identify key opportunities and issues, and develop strategies to capitalise on these opportunities or resolve issues
  • Involvement in strategy implementation and commitment to change and continuous improvement
  • Ability to engage people through communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence positive outcomes at a senior level
  • Understanding of airline rostering practices, including CAO48 and FRMS
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office software and crew rostering systems (iFlight preferred)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively to deliver the best possible outcome
  • Previous leadership experience desirable
