Create your best future and join Westpac as a Manager Business Controls and Monitoring.   What’s the role? You’ll join a team that’s shaping how Westpac manages risk and controls across the Group. You’ll help deliver the BCM Control Assessment Reviews programme, working closely with teams across the bank to lift the quality and consistency of our Control Self Assessments. You’ll roll up your sleeves with hands on control testing and use data and insights to spot trends, drive improvements and help us build better governance and safer outcomes. If you enjoy using analytics or digitisation to make processes smarter, you’ll feel right at home. This is a permanent full time hybrid role based in Sydney.   What do I need? • Experience in risk, controls, BCM or audit work in a large, complex financial services environment • Understanding of operational risk and compliance frameworks • Ability to use data visualisation tools to draw out insights and trends • Hands on experience with CSAs, CARs or audits including SOX • Ability to identify and implement optimisation or automation opportunities   Why join us?
