REQUIREMENTS:
- Have you done the role? 3+ years as an individual contributor (SDR and/or AE), preferred.
- Have you led a team before? 4+ years of sales leadership experience, preferred.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce, preferred), data insight applications (ZoomInfo, 6sense, LeadIQ, SalesNav) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach).
- Excited to tackle problems and find creative solutions!
Responsibilities:
- Train & Enable members of the BDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities through industry leading outbound strategies.
- Ensure BDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s, weekly team meetings & more.
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing and Events teams on Field events and targeted ad and nurture campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales and other members of the Sales Development Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes.
- Work cross-functionally to identify key company accounts to develop providing feedback and recommendations by synthesizing your team’s observations & successes..
- Work in collaboration with Product Marketing to develop effective messaging for outbound communications to your team’s assigned accounts.
