We’re seeking an outstanding business partner at John Burns Research and Consulting (JBREC) to join our Operations team and contribute to our innovation efforts. About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across our Operations and Technology teams. Your responsibilities will include fostering collaboration between departments, optimizing tools and systems, and supporting our business operations to deliver top-notch products for our clients. We’re looking for a dynamic individual who excels in communication, innovation, and driving efficiency through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and align technology and business operations accordingly.
  • Optimize tools and systems to streamline workflows and boost organizational productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Identify areas for improvement in business operations and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Embrace servant leadership, listening to team members’ needs and providing necessary support and guidance.
  • Drive product development by gathering requirements, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating efforts across teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our operations and product offerings, including competitor research and proactive updates to company leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in technology or product operations roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in optimizing tools and systems for improved operational efficiency.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, focusing on servant leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
