Position Summary

• Consolidate reports and provide further commentaries for overall business as well as identification of risk & opportunities
• Create set of key business performance indicator slide and maintain it for all business review and presentation.
• Consolidate and prepare ad hoc business report and presentation to senior management.
• Track and analysis product and channel trend/performance. Drive profitability improvement.
• Drive improvement in CDE (Sales expenses, Examples: Back margin, price protection, etc)
• Work closely with sales and marketing to input monthly forecast update.
• Timely submission of monthly revise plan. Drive for min. 95% accuracy.
• Provide independent and unbiased view of business performance. Balance between marketing optimism and sales conservatism.
• Develop strong tracking process on MDF spending.
• Ensure all function spend within allocated budget.
• P&L simulation
• Track business performance and prepare proposal for higher investment to maximize growth or reduced investment to manage profitability.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10-15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong collaboration required to work with different dept/function
• Excellent in MS Office.
