• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare and manage the restaurant’s budget.
• Analyze sales and revenue reports to forecast future sales trends.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Coordinate promotional events and special offers.
• Engage with local community and businesses to build partnerships.
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce wait times.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality.
• Conduct regular health and safety training sessions for staff.
• Handle emergency situations, including accidents and food safety issues.
• Monitor supply chain to avoid disruptions and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement and oversee the use of new technologies for improving operations.
• Train staff on the use of technology tools and systems.
• Ensure all necessary licenses and permits are up to date.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and inspections.
