QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing - Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing - Preferred
- 5 years Hospital/Ambulatory experience - Required
- 5 years Current nursing experience - Required
- 5 years Case management/coordination experience - Required
- Prior leadership experience (i.e. supervisor, manager) - Preferred
- Previous experience with hospital information systems (i.e. order entry, results reporting) - Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) - in state of practice - Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) - Preferred
- Driver’s License - Required
- Auto Insurance - Required
