Description:

PROCESS LEAD EXPORTS

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient and effective operations of Exports services to the Business Units
  • Responsible for the full compliance with company’s Global Best Practices, team management, ensuring high level of Customer Satisfaction and meeting Service Level Agreements
  • Ensure all the up-to-date operational procedures are maintained, documented , executed and adhere to the standardized process landscape.
  • Handle customer queries and escalations, ensure feedback to customer queries within agreed turnaround time.
  • Contribute to and/ or lead implementation of quality / continuous improvement projects.
  • Plan team capacity, backup planning, assign team work accordingly and address proactively potential bottlenecks / backlogs.
  • Manage and rate on employee performance, motivate, develop team members, arrange orientation programs and work out development planning.
  • Active use of training platforms and available tools for identifying training needs of team members and support for Senior Process Manager.
  • Respond to critical customer and internal customer inquires (first level escalation cases).

Must have’s

  • Should have worked in handling cargo for Multinationals or MNC exporters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good written communication skills AND Marathi, Hindi, English speaking skills
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an individual handling specific customers.

Requirements

  • Post graduate Degree
  • Preferred if done a course in international shipping, forwarding or trade or customs clearance.
  • Possess at least 10 years solid experience in the Logistics and relevant experience.
