Provides leadership in achieving ongoing quality, productivity and efficiency in Clinical Excellence and has oversight of the assigned department. Qualifications:

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, Required. Graduate Degree, Preferred.
  • Experience: Three to five years of healthcare safety/quality experience, Required. One year healthcare leadership experience, Required.
  • Licensure/Certification: RN, Required. Certification in Safety/Quality/Nursing Specialty, Preferred.
  • Additional Skills (required): Expertise in Microsoft Office Programs. Current and future trends/practice in area of Clinical Excellence. Understanding of personal computers and database management. Skills in interviewing and selection process. Understanding of budgeting, staffing, payroll and purchasing processes. Implementation of competency, feedback, development and progressive discipline processes. Teambuilding, conflict management, and interpersonal relationship skills. Understanding of customer needs and expectations and knowledge for improvement to exceed customer expectations.
