Manager Clinical Pharmacy, Clinical Quality

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

• Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• PharmD -OR- Master’s Degree Pharmacy with residency -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• Oregon Pharmacist License
• Project management, Six Sigma, Change Acceleration Process (CAP), Lean and Work Out training - with at least 1 of these required within 1 year of entering position
• 3+ years of direct personnel management or supervisory experience in a pharmacy practice or within managed care where you demonstrated supervisory and administrative ability
• 5+ years of experience in ambulatory or acute care pharmacy practice which included responsibility for drug therapy evidence assessment and/or formulary management as well as direct consultation and presentation of medication information to physicians and/or patients

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

• Managed Care pharmacy practice experience
• Experience in Real Time Benefit Tool (RTBT) and Electronic Prior Authorization (EPA) optimization solutions
