Manager, Co-brand Marketing - Asia Pacific
As the Manager, Co-brand Marketing, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy to support financial partnerships in Asia Pacific (APAC) including Hilton’s co-brand credit card portfolio and other spend stimulations programs.
This position is a new role based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

As the Manager, Co-brand Marketing - APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Collaborate with partners to develop the annual marketing strategy for spend stimulation programs and campaigns to drive awareness, member acquisition, Hilton Honors share of occupancy and revenue to hotels
  • Manage the roll-out of key strategic initiatives and campaigns across multiple partners, markets and stakeholders including a range of innovative offers and product features
  • Support the business development team in building new and existing partnerships including developing business proposals, engaging with business partners for new business agreements and developing new product service offerings to meet market demands
  • Own the performance planning, reporting and budget management for financial partnerships to drive portfolio growth and campaign optimization
  • Create clear and concise communications materials for stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Actively ensure projects and campaigns are on time, on budget and output is of a high quality
  • Stay apprised of critical metrics, competitive landscape, and performance pacing to evaluate areas of risk against our yearly business goals and find opportunities for performance optimization and propose program and marketing initiatives to address thos

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience working in partnership and marketing at a global organization
  • Fluent English
