Description:
The Manager, Complex Major Projects Team is a new position in the Major Projects Branch of the Victorian School Building Authority reporting to the Complex Major Projects Senior Manager.
The role is responsible for management of capital works projects, new schools and upgrades and refurbishments, that are complex in nature either at the inception of the project or during the contract administration phase. This may include projects involving:
- Contention between parties
- Significant defects
- Insolvency
- Innovative procurement methodologies
- Complex structuring or staging.
