Job Profile
Develop and maintain an effective compliance program aligned with industry standards and applicable laws and regulations.
Establish policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate compliance risks and promote ethical behavior.
Develop and implement a robust quality management system in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the IT sector.
Ensure CSM’s activities and practices comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct effective analysis and integration of all existing processes of the organisation.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify compliance risks and gaps/vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and enhance overall compliance resilience.
Lead the efforts to obtain and maintain relevant quality certifications such as CMMI, ISO and others based on business requirements.
Create awareness of internal processes to avoid execution gap(s), if any.
Design and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Foster a culture of compliance through ongoing communication and awareness initiatives.
Implement monitoring mechanisms to track compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to senior management and, if applicable, the board of directors.
Lead or oversee investigations into reported compliance violations.
Implement corrective actions and remediation plans to address identified issues.
Collaborate with legal, risk management, and other departments to align compliance efforts with broader organizational goals.
Serve as a liaison between CSM and regulatory agencies, as necessary.
Successful Implementation of internal and external compliance audits.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a compliance role within the IT industry.
In-depth knowledge of IT sector process, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
