Description:
WHAT DO I NEED?
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with experience at in compliance, operational risk, assurance, legal, remediation, customer complaints or case management. A Strong and current understanding of consumer/retail and business banking products and associated compliance requirements is ideal but not essential.
This role would suit someone that has high attention to deal with a natural curiosity to dig deeper is very favoured as there is a lot of investigative work in this role. They must be extremely process driven and can drive recommendations to the business. It is also critical that the person have a high level of clear, concise communication via email as well as face to face is needed as you’ll be working with multiple stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:
- Undertake compliance assessments and make breach determinations against a wide cross section of matters impacting a range of potentially reportable areas of obligation.
- Monitor compliance assessments (including timeliness), including the status of compliance assessments, investigation reports and breach reports.
- Contribute to the provision of insights/oversight to the Divisional Compliance teams and relevant business units.
- Assist the Executive Manager with team operational activities as required
