What We Need
Element Fleet Management is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients. As the Content Marketing Manager you’ll create compelling, engaging, buyer-focused content that drives thought leadership and demand generation. You’ll lead our commercial content marketing strategy— including creating optimized content across media channels and opportunity lifecycle (from lead to client). This role is in office T,W,TH weekly at our office in Mississauga or Toronto ON, or Hopkins MN.

  • Able to effectively work across a highly matrixed organization to develop compelling marketing content and move initiatives forward?

A Day in the Life

  • Plan and execute a multi-channel content strategy that integrates into a broader user journey, guiding users toward conversion
  • Ideate, write and produce marketing materials including email, landing pages, e-books, blogs, case studies, datasheets, webinars, web ads, infographics, and sales presentations
  • Implement SEO best practices, ensure content adheres to brand voice, style, and tone, and maintain editorial integrity
  • Work hand-in-hand with campaign strategists, sales & account management, and product marketers to transform insights into compelling and easy-to-understand content
  • Maintain editorial calendars and develop and manage workflows to meet editorial and campaign deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to produce brand-compliant assets with relevant storytelling

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of content marketing and copywriting experience, ideally in B2B environments
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of people leadership experience
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Experience in graphic design a plus
  • Have a portfolio of compelling content written
  • Understanding of B2B buy journeys and demand generation
  • Experience writing with an SEO goal
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management applications
