Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM (hybrid 2-3 days onsite)

S’MORE ABOUT THE TEAM

We are looking for a Manager, Continuous Improvement to join our Procurement team, who will be responsible for identifying and implementing new capabilities & tools to the business and ensuring continuous improvement of the existing systems & processes. Reporting to the Senior Director, Procurement, this role supports our teams who source, purchase and manage inventories for all ingredients and packaging across Canada. You will play a role in many aspects of ‘how’ we move product throughout our supply chain. By partnering with stakeholders both upstream and downstream from Procurement, you will look to improve and standardize operations nationally, launch new tools and lead strategic projects from business case to execution to improve our cost structure and capability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a continuous improvement roadmap focused on achieving and surpassing performance targets specific to cost of goods sold, inventory, sku management, and data.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders both upstream and downstream (including teams from product, planning, logistics, technology, data, production, warehousing and finance) to proactively identify risks, align on priorities, and develop & implement solutions that span multiple functions
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on our supplier-to-DC supply chain processes, and represent the Procurement team in key business decisions
  • Identify gaps in our current supply chain processes, and forecast future gaps based on our product and operations roadmap, bringing innovative solutions to the project pipeline to ensure we continue to scale our operations at a rapid pace
  • Support creation of standard operating procedures and documentation across different areas of our supply chain
  • Build, develop, and lead a team of continuous improvement analysts
  • All other duties, as assigned
