MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a management-related discipline or equivalent training and experience required
- Two (2) or more years in a role managing projects or teams;
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products
- Travel required: up to 5%
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues requiring discretion and judgment

The Manager, Contract Negotiation will be responsible for leading initiatives and processes to improve contract operations support of a $6B health plan contract portfolio, directly contributing to DaVita’s financial health and growth. This is a high-visibility position responsible for achieving team goals, reporting on performance to executive leadership, and identifying and implementing change necessary to adapt to a dynamic health insurance environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make strategic recommendations to improve overall contract operations team performance
- Support the ongoing development of metrics and contract management, workflow, and reporting systems
- Drive the delivery of executive reporting on contract operations metrics, including review of and guidance on data integrity
- Provide effective coaching to maximize team fulfillment and productivity
- Direct and monitor daily work of teams including progress towards goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
