YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Our Toronto office is looking for a Manager to join the Corporate Communications team to develop, drive and oversee communications programs in support of the firm’s strategy while owning the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic communications for key firm initiatives while managing the day-to-day responsibilities of a dynamic and fast-paced communications team.
  • Develop, manage, and execute on strategic internal communications plans, working with executives and senior leaders to determine the most impactful communications strategy.
  • Provide strategic communications guidance to executives and senior leaders.
  • Provide tactical internal and external communications support to the office of the CEO and COO.
  • Lead and drive projects from end-to-end, from strategy through to hands-on execution, in a timely and impactful manner, including reporting results clearly and consistently.
  • Mitigate reputational and operational risk through proactive communications planning and execution.
  • Prepare high quality business communications for a variety of internal and external audiences, often with fast turnaround times, and including writing, editing, and multi-channel production.Leverage new tools and technologies to increase the effectiveness and impact of the firm

  • You are tech-savvy, and an enthusiastic user and champion of current and new technology solutions and platforms that enhance efficiency.You are highly proficient in Microsoft Solutions (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and internal communications platforms (Poppulo, SnapComms).


    • You have post-secondary education in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, business or in another related field.

      You have 6+ years of professional communications experience. Prior professional services firm or experience in a large matrix organization is an asset.
