Responsibilities:

  • Manage capital raising initiatives in the debt capital markets;
  • Negotiate credit facilities and other financings;
  • Support the company’s interactions with banks and rating agencies;
  • Help manage the capital structure of the Company;
  • Support on ad hoc projects that would require the assistance of the treasury department;
  • Supervise a Senior Analyst responsible for:
  • Building, maintaining and optimizing financial models following best-practice financial modelling techniques used for the purposes of financings and credit rating analysis;
  • Assisting with the preparation of various periodic reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders including the Company’s Board, senior management, banks, fixed income investors and rating agencies;
  • Preparing compliance reports required by the various financial agreements on a timely basis;
  • Aid the treasury department and FP&A group in forecasting treasury items that are needed for the financial plan;
  • Preparing various periodic reports destined to internal committees, reflecting all aspects of activities of the Treasury department;
  • Preparing Financial Reporting items related to Treasury (e.g. credit facilities, long-term debt)
  • Compiling answers to various due diligence requests;
  • Conducting credit analysis and
  • Conducting follow-ups with respect to the various obligations of the Corporation’s financing agreements
