Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE:

As our business in NSW continues to thrive, we’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Corporate Services to join our Corporate Services team.
As the Manager of Corporate Services for our NSW practice, you will be a key member of our management team, reporting directly to the head of our Business Advisory Services division and working closely with the broader Business Advisory Services Director and Manager group.
You will be supported by an existing team, currently comprising a Corporate Services Administrator and a Corporate Services Assistant.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Managing the Corporate Services team that provides corporate services to our 3,000+ corporate clients including:
Company incorporations and deregistrations
Establishing discretionary and unit trusts
Acting as Registered Office for companies
Acting as Registered Agent with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
Attending to compliance obligations including Annual Company Statements
Preparation and maintenance of corporate registers
Performing company and personal searches
Preparation of required documentation for company, officeholder and shareholder changes, including lodgement with ASIC
Business names administration including registrations, cancellations, renewals and change of address
Liaising with the broader Business Advisory division to help service their client needs
Developing and executing a strategy for the overall management and streamlining of corporate services
Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes including through better use of technology
Identifying product offerings to our clients and
Educating and training of professional staff and Partners
