INTRODUCTION
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and holistically thinking individual to lead our cost driver and planning team. In this critical role you will manage a team supporting cost efficiency improvements and planning closely collaborating with the AME, Procurement, IE and Finance teams. This role also includes being the point of contact for local and global Executive Management for Fab1 Manufacturing cost and saving related topics. Your responsibilities will include using both your personal and analytical skills to drive the organization to meet its financial goals as well as to help streamline the associated processes used by the team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for contributing to the financial success of the company.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and/or finance related role
- Excellent understanding of interdependencies of manufacturing decision and financial metrics
- Experience working with global organizations
- Highly self-motivated and fully committed to drive towards our company goals
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Project management and change management knowledge
- Team lead experience and/or project lead experience is a plus
- Fluency in both German and English
