QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification required; additional certifications on salesforce platform are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and support, preferably in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Quote-to-Order processes, CPQ (Configure Price Quote), and Field Service processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The CRM Platform Manager is responsible for managing and continually improving the company Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Pardot, on a global basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Salesforce Platform Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Pardot.
  • Ensure the optimal performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce platforms.
  • Implement best practices for customization, configuration, and integration to meet business requirements.
  • Incident Support and Resolution:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incident management related to Salesforce platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
  • Implement preventive measures to minimize the occurrence of incidents and optimize platform stability.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators responsible for Salesforce platform maintenance and support.
  • Provide guidance on technical issues, best practices, and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive continuous improvement.
  • Bolt-On Application Support:
  • Manage and support third-party applications integrated with Salesforce, particularly those used by the sales and distribution teams.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address issues, implement enhancements, and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Salesforce Configuration and Administration:
  • Utilize strong Salesforce administration and configuration skills to customize and optimize platform functionality.
  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Order processes, CPQ (Configure Price Quote), and Field Service processes.
  • Implement and maintain workflows, automation, and reporting to streamline business processes and drive efficiency.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position manages a small (1-3) group of individual contributors
