What you’ll be doing
As the Manager, CI&I Operations, you will manage vendor relationships, contract and budget administration, and support efforts to drive data integration across multiple data sources.
You will also be responsible for the development, use, and continuous improvement of proprietary research tools and insights repository (Research Hub). You will budget and contract management, maintain spend to annual budget, and co-ordinate with business stakeholders and vendors on contract set ups and renewals. You will lead the on-going management and maintenance of our internal research and insights repository, including reviewing and sharing content, user management. You will be responsible for general maintenance and communications, ensure research tools meet government and organizational standards for privacy, data protection, and accessibility, and establish governance processes to ensure appropriate interactions and a positive panel and/or portal experience for customers. You will collaborate with vendor partners to optimize operations, and work with cross functional teams to support data integration efforts across tools. You will manage and Support 3rd Party Research Tools, ensure Insights platforms meet government and organizational standards for privacy, data protection, and accessibility, and you will lead sourcing and management of syndicated research resources (ie Mintel). You will manage relationships with multiple vendor partners across various tools, hold vendors to account on deliverables and platform capabilities and work with vendors to align on product roadmap and priorities.

How you’ll succeed

  • Business Acumen – Demonstrate creativity, innovation and lateral thinking in research expertise and business interpretation. Possess depth and breadth of research knowledge specifically as it relates to secondary market research, as well as a good understanding of business dynamics, and preferably knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • Project Management – Demonstrate strong project management and analytical skills. Have the ability to develop communication and develop presentations. Possess strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills, as you will be needed to convey complex conceptual information and ideas, establish constructive long term working relationships.
  • Relationship Management – Demonstrate strong relationship management skills, including communications, persuading, and influencing skills sufficient to effectively shape the development of business strategy.
