MANAGER, CUSTOMER RENEWALS

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Renewals Team Manager to lead our global renewals team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing dispersed teams across various time zones, demonstrating flexibility to work different hours as needed. In addition, a deep understanding of automation and AI tools is crucial to streamline and optimize our renewals processes.
You and your team will drive management of large volumes of smaller renewal opportunities and assist our Order Management and Finance teams with booking and invoicing orders. All activity is tracked in Salesforce. You will partner with global Territory Sales leaders and cross functional teams to drive superior renewal rates.
In this role you should be comfortable coaching a high-performing team of globally dispersed Renewals Managers. Some of the things you’ll be doing include but are not limited to; resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
