QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in a SaaS organization
- Experience of managing a team size of at least 3, based in multiple locations is preferred
- Experience with customer contracts over $500k
- Change management experience
- Ability to manage and drive a forecast
- Passion, drive, and desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference
- Exceptional communication as well as listening skills
- Focused on self-improvement with resilience and autonomy

- Manage the Strategic CSM team

- Continuously improve deliverables and strive to beat customer expectations while optimizing our cost-to-serve
- Maximise customer retention
- Ensure all customers are achieving a positive ROI
- Understand each customers’ success metrics
- Advocate for customers
- Build relationships with key customers and ensure their voices are heard across the company
