JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Manager of Customer Support is to lead a cross-functional customer support team with core responsibilities including warranty, programs, collections, and sales.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Aviation Management, or other related field with a minimum of 7 years experience in the aviation industry or sales and/or marketing experience required
- In lieu of bachelor’s degree a minimum of 10 years experience in the aviation industry or sales and/or marketing experience required including a minimum of 5 years supervisory/leadership experience.

- Able to effectively communicate and comfortably deal with high end clients and Senior Leadership

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for cross functional customer support over a geographical or market based region.
- Meet organizational objectives including sales goals, cost management, and cash collection.
- Identify unique solutions arising from geographical/market based challenges, as well as drive operational consistency on core functions across the TAPD organization.
- Drive process improvements which create efficiencies and enhance customer experience.
- Work with different capabilities across the organization to achieve cost effective solutions for our customers.
- Motivate a team to manage through an ever-evolving change curve.
- Additional duties include standard and ad-hoc reporting and analysis, as well as other activities where appropriate.
