BMO is seeking an inquisitive and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our Advanced Analytics team. You will work collaboratively with partners to provide data-driven solutions to complex problems, translate qualitative/quantitative data into insights, and create recommendations to steer decision making.

• End-to-end project management, continuous interaction with key stakeholders (strategy, implementation, business and model validation partners)
• Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and provide actionable insights to solve business problems
• Develop Powerpoint slides, dashboards and self-serve tools to communicate findings to partners
• Design and develop scalable and efficient data models, processes, analytics solution that support business requirements and enable analytics and modeling
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Proactively influence partners for data-driven decisions and recommend action on insights
