Responsibilities:

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

The Manager, Data Integrations is responsible for leading, mentoring and supporting the team of data integration consultants & integration assurance specialists. The Manager, Data Integrations provides expertise in integrations between Connected Curriculum products, including Catalog, Curriculum and Schedule, and a client’s Student Information System (SIS) and other third-party data consumers. They are accountable for service delivery of data integrations between Modern Campus’ solutions and our client’s Student Information System (SIS). This role will work with the Director, Professional Services to maintain the integration backlog and plan integration project delivery, in addition to assisting in pre-sales activities such as client calls, scoping, and RFP responses.

  • Lead, coach & mentor team of Data Integration Consultants
  • Build and scale operations (i.e., people, process, systems and tools) to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while building an effective and efficient delivery methodologies
  • Mentor the team toward developmental objectives. Pro-actively coach team members through regular 1:1s, building resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve team, project, and client goals
  • Own operational metrics such as customer satisfaction and on-time and on-budget completion of projects, financial goals including revenue, gross margin, and utilization targets
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of Modern Campus software and professional services offerings
  • Assist with pre-sales RFI/RFP efforts and sales demonstrations
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies on projects within team portfolio
  • Escalation point for customer integrations for ongoing projects and support requests
  • Guide clients using a change control process to minimize project scope creep
  • Co-manage integration readiness calls with integration backlog customers
  • Assists with integration backlog management
  • Employee recruitment, interviewing, & onboarding
  • Maintain employee engagement and act as an advocate for your direct reports
  • Play a key role in reviewing, updating, and improving our internal documentation, client facing materials, and project delivery methods.
  • Ensure talent development and retention across the Data Integrations team. Be responsible for performance management, team succession planning and recruitment.
  • Create and foster a collaborative environment.
