Manager - Data Visualisation

As the Manager- Data Visualization and Bi, you will be responsible for visual analytics, encouraging their broader adoption across ENBD, sitting at the forefront of intricate analytics & dashboard requirements of Group Finance.

ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Collaborate effectively with product owners, translators, and data engineers to optimize the business potential of data
• Develop and design creative, accessible visuals to make data insights readily digestible for all stakeholders
• Develop suite of innovative visualization solutions that are easy to deploy across various use cases to reduce time to impact
• Support hiring, coaching and training of “citizen” visualization talent across Group Finance
• Employ agile methodologies in their work, encompassing swift prototyping, short iterative cycles, and consistent incorporation of feedback
• Develop dashboards on Tableau / Power BI

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors Degree Graduate from a quantitative field (Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Sciences, Finance, etc.)
• 5 to 8 years of experience with data visualization
• Experience in analytics
• Experience in financial services
• Experience in agile working environments
