Manager, Defence and Human Security

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Manager, Defence and Human Security to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Defence and Human Security practice’s strategic plan and provide insight into business development opportunities among key government and private sector stakeholders.

• Support our ‘One Tetra Tech’ approach by actively representing COZ in defence and human security activities.
• Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders to manage and engage key internal and external stakeholders in major opportunities to support the pursuit strategy and client expectations, bring pre-qualified opportunities to the business through discussions, bid management and client meetings, play key role as lead tracker, “proposal champion,” and strategist for key pre-RFP new business pursuits etc.
• Support the development of a defence and security cooperation capability and offering to participate in the identification, shaping, and presentation to market of Tetra Tech’s defence cooperation approach.
• Provide insight into relevant Tetra Tech capabilities as they relate to defence and security agency’s policies, strategic priorities, and operating context.
