JOB SUMMARY

As a Resource Manager in the field of Information and Technology (I&T), you will play a critical role in optimizing the allocation and utilization of human resources within our IT department. You will work closely with project managers, department heads, and HR to ensure that the right resources are assigned to projects based on their skills, availability, and project requirements. Your ability to effectively manage resources will directly contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, engineering or equivalent experience.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members.
  • Strong customer/client focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately; provide a superior customer/client experience and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and processes.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to work under stress in emergencies, with the flexibility to handle multiple high-pressure situations simultaneously.
  • Bilingual with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Minimum 5 years related experience
