POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Partnership & Special Projects Manager develops partnerships for the Airline Business in MAG to drive Online Revenue. They are responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining partnerships with external stakeholders to achieve mutual goals and objectives. The role also oversees various specialised projects & products to enhance our online presence. This role requires a combination of strong communication, negotiation, strategic thinking & project management skills to drive collaboration and execute digital initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication Design or Business Administration
  • 5-8 years of experience

AREA OF EXPERIENCE

  • 5-8 years of experience in Partnership & Marketing
  • Excellent understanding of Partnership, Business Development & Digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify potential partners aligned with MAG’s objectives of growing online revenue on a Regional level. Partner with Station Marketers to strategize our partnership pillars across all Point of Sales.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements. This includes discussing terms, responsibilities, and expectations to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the media planning and delivery of digital products (ie: MHexplorer) from conception to completion. Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
