Manager (Digital Resourcing Strategy)
In this role, you will:
- Plan and forecast digital-related spending and revenue
- Optimise cost recovery strategies and internal charge rates for digital capabilities
- Optimise division’s budget by identifying synergistic areas. This would include proposing areas for reporting consolidations
- Optimise division’s budgeting, procurement and other resourcing processes
- Evaluate the use case and value-for-money of budget proposals related to digital capabilities
- Conduct performance benchmarking in relation to financial performance of the division and digital capabilities
- Advise on procurement strategy e.g. structuring framework agreements, bulk purchase agreements
Requirements
- Degree/ Masters in Accountancy/ Accounting & Finance/ Business Enterprise IT/ Business Finance/Business Management/ Economics/Economics & Management/ Economics and Finance/ Info-Communications Technology
- 5 to 10 years of finance and/or accounting experience in a technology/ digital organisation
- Experience in Strategic financing, Accounting, Master planning, Finance and enterprise performance consulting, Operational procurement, Procurement strategy, Category management, Revenue analysis and Commercial strategy
- Familiarity with digitalisation and tech trends
- Professional knowledge and experience in end-to-end finance processes like procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, financial planning and analysis
- Professional knowledge and experience in procurement, including structuring procurement approaches and buy strategies
