Description:
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL….
managing clients for placement implementation within the function of employee benefit and building relationships with insurance to ensure smooth process. Includes supervising the team of placement, claim and administration.
YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 5 years’ experience in employee benefits area
- APARI qualifications and Level 5 certification from BNSP
- Ability to supervise and manage team of employee benefit division
- Good negotiation skill
- Customer service oriented
Responsibilities:
Placement:
- Analysis and benchmarking of insurance needs of clients and prospective clients;
- Negotiations with clients and insurance regarding benefits, policy provisions and premiums for new business and renewal policy process
- Comparing insurance offers for new business and renewal policy process
- Prepare supporting documents for the issuance of new business and renewal.
- Regular meetings with clients and insurance.
Claims:
- Ensure claim payments are in accordance with the SLA that Insurance has agreed to clients;
- Reporting claim ratio to clients;
- Assist team if there are problems when the policy is active regarding claims and policy conditions;
- Assist clients if there are service problems in the hospital;
- Collect excess claims billing to clients so the services continue well.
Services:
- Prepare client data needs.
- Prepare Socialization and Health talk or Seminars.
- Process of endorsement policy.
- Complain handling;
- Collect premium billing to clients so the services continue well;
- Admin and Finance reconciliation with client and insurance.
Marketing:
- Finding a new or additional business from existing and prospect client
- Prepare the necessary presentation deck.
- Presentations to prospective clients and existing clients to offer additional insurance.
