Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Our Employment Solutions team provides specialist tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients with particular focus on employment taxes including global mobility arrangements, FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning and salary sacrifice arrangements.
We have a varied evolving client base, and our absolute dedication to excellent client service and sustainable growth has led to this position becoming available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consulting and advising on a wide variety of FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG and employee versus contractor matters, including cross border issues and audits
  • Providing international assignment consulting and compliance services across a range of clients and matters
  • FBT policy and procedure development
  • Payroll Tax compliance
  • Designing and implementing share plans for C-suite and all other levels
  • Teaming with data and technology experts to help design automated tools
  • Coaching and mentoring team members
