Description:

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Electric Power Project Manager, the Manager, Engineering will lead and inspire a team of talented engineers, driving innovation and excellence in the design and development of power generation systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and will shape the future of energy solutions.
Enerflex is a leading player in the power generation industry, dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable energy solutions. We are at the forefront of technological advancements, committed to shaping the future of power generation. This position is part of the Electric Power Project Execution team and located in Ste Julie, Quebec. Travel may be required for remote site work.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s degree considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the power generation or related industry preferred.
  • Strong technical expertise in multiple disciplines, including design, analysis, and implementation of ITK projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Effective management skills for tracking engineering deliverables and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
  • Ability to travel to work sites as needed.
