Job Description
Catapult by Capitaland is seeking an experienced Events and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engaging workshops and events, managing our CRM system to nurture client relationships, and driving content marketing efforts across social media channels and email campaigns. This role requires a creative individual with excellent organisational skills, a passion for people, and a knack for developing compelling marketing content on leadership.
Responsibilities
Workshop Management
- Plan and execute workshops and events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experiences
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to secure space, equipment, catering, and other event logistics
- Develop workshop agendas, timelines, and promotional materials to drive attendance and engagement
- Oversee onsite event operations, including setup, registration, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up
CRM Management
- Manage and maintain our CRM system to effectively track and analyze client interactions and engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our client database and improve data accuracy
- Create and deploy targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, promote events, and drive attendance
- Generate reports and analyze CRM data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize outreach efforts
Content Marketing
- Develop creative and engaging content for LinkedIn, and the newsletter, leveraging insights and analytics to optimize performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate content ideas and ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives
- Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
Budget Management
- Develop and manage budgets for events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies and adherence to financial targets
- Monitor expenses, track ROI, and report on budget performance to key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in event management, marketing, or related roles
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns and event concepts
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks
- Bonus if proficient in CRM software and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
