As the Store Manager you will be an ambassador for the business, having a genuine passion for jewellery, you will actively contribute to the store’s success by leading a team of enthusiastic sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 2-3 years retail management experience within the jewellery sector
• Diamond grading experience advantageous
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proven background of achieving budgets, targets and KPI’s
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service
