Manager (f/m/d) Global Expert Network - Maintenance Management

Within the B. Braun Group, we are looking for a Manager for the global network of experts on Maintenance Management as soon as possible in Melsungen.
The expert networks are globally and cross-divisionally organized networks of specialists from various departments of the B. Braun Group. The networks have the task to promote standardization, know-how transfer and optimization within the respective subject areas as well as rolling out the harmonized processes.
The expert network 900 - Maintenance Management has a focus on the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a standardized and harmonized framework (processes, systems, tools, methods) for the entire maintenance function.

• You are responsible for restructuring and managing the global maintenance network, including steering the respective sub-networks
• In collaboration with the experts from different sites, you will define future standards of processes, methodologies and tools for efficient and strategic maintenance
• Together with your team, you will establish the developed standards and ensure an efficient and sustainable roll-out within all production plants
• In your role, you are a driving force in the strategy and digitalization program “MRO Excellence”, which is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end maintenance process, including related subject areas such as Engineering, Inventory Management and Procurement
• In your role you are the first point of contact to all stakeholders regarding Maintenance Management
• You promote close dialogue with the top management worldwide to ensure the necessary framework conditions for establishing the standards
• In your role, you will focus on efficient collaboration within the network and across subject areas to achieve excellent results
• You provide active support during the transition to SAP S4 Hana
